Managed 6 contracts valued at over $220M for grit and screenings facility upgrades, primary treatment facilities upgrade, filtration facility pumping system upgrades, site runoff and sampling system, chemical addition system, and miscellaneous improvements to hydraulic gates and piping systems. Performed constructability reviews, negotiated change orders, managed design and contract revisions, and coordinated startup and commissioning activities. Complete on site responsibility for management of construction personnel and coordination with Jacobs’ design staff for civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation construction. Negotiated and managed construction contracts and equipment purchase orders.Negotiated and managed construction subcontracts and equipment POs and coordinated with design staff for civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation construction. Analyzed and resolved critical concrete tank floor delamination problem resulting in low-cost concrete repairs and on schedule production.Managed contracts for wastewater water treatment plant and combined sewer overflow construction management projects. Supervised inspections, negotiated change orders, and managed start-up services for pump stations and new CSO treatment plant.Provided Construction Management for 2 projects valued at $120M for new 12 MGD state-of-the-art water reclamation plant and 50-MDG potable water treatment plant expansion. Managed construction schedule approvals, negotiated/processed change orders and claims totaling $10M; created project procedures manual.
