Led Project Management and Contract Administration during procurement and construction for $14.8M project to install new thickening centrifuge and other process improvements, including weekly preconstruction and progress meetings, field inspections, vendor, manufacturer, and submittal approvals, contractor payment request reviews, change order, start-up plans, and electronic operations and maintenance manuals preparation
