Daily Duties at The Beck Group:
Project Manager for forest products industry benchmarking studies for all major industry segments. Responsibilities included: recruiting participants, encouraging data submission, confirming data quality as well as finalizing and presenting reports. Provided leadership, project management and extensive planning for the construction of a $100+ million dollar start-up of a large hardwood sawmill in Boardman, Oregon. Team Leader for compilation and development of key testimony data and reports in several multimillion-dollar expert witness cases in the wood industry. Developed successful marketing strategies through the company newsletter and website updates for new product development and services resulting in significant increased sales and profit. Extensive experience analyzing and establishing key strategic partnerships and then serving as primary contact to further develop synergistic relationships.
