Daily Duties at Ld Jellison Inc.:
Managed feasibility studies for biomass power projects including comprehensive fuel resource analysis, fuel agreements, determining options/sizes. Assistance with utility interconnection, right of ways, permitting and application for eligible state and federal incentives as well as potential competition and financial feasibility analysis. Created and delivered presentations to state agencies, as well as state and federal elected officials to garner project support and provide biomass industry knowledge. Researched and authored $50,000 REAP Feasibility grant. Obtained grant award for full amount. This $50,000 grant was the only full grant awarded in the state of Oregon in this 2009 session. Assisted in application of Energy Efficiency grants for capital improvements. Researched and authored $10 million in Oregon BETC grant. Obtained grant award for full $10 million.
