implementation of enterprise-wide learning solutions to support business strategies. Assist in the development of training modules.  Observe, monitor, motivate and coach new associates during on the job training.  Provide assistance with understanding policies and procedures established by American Express.  Deliver training sessions on new hire sales including product, systems and skills, advanced sales and sales leadership training.  Utilize adult learning theory to effectively engage participants and create a positive learning environment.  Work across diverse business groups and cross-functional teams to leverage and share best practices.  Address processes for strengths/opportunities, identify root causes and formulate improvement plans.  Co-facilitate new hire orientation and classes by providing assistance with on the job processes, coaching and feedback to create a seamless experience for card members.  Train, develop, and motivate staff in exceeding customer expectations and production goals.  Consistently deliver training initiatives that produce tangible results and drive business forward.
