Daily Duties at Silver Airways Corp:
Responsible for managing annual budgets, maximizing staff utilization, delegating task to department managers, creating a positive working environment by having weekly skip level meetings, Monitoring the financial performance of the business and making constant adjustment to avoid additional cost, motivating my team, outsourcing task that adds more value to the operation, coaching and counseling of my immediate managers. Managing staff at the airport by training and coaching agents in safety and regulatory compliances. Providing assistance to our partners and contractors and preparing a monthly budget for all vendor operation; preparing and completing action plan for senior VPs and Station Managers. Providing recommendations to strategic plans and risk analysis for cost effective purposes. Enforcing policies and procedures for all Government Agencies; monitoring overall job performance and providing training to build competency level. Resolving problems and liaise with different agencies and airline carriers to provide partnership. Deliver Excellence in the operation by ensuring superior operational performance measures, leading cross functional teams in the execution of efficient, safe and secure day-to-day operations and using gap analysis to reach organizational goals.
