Daily Duties at Global Payments Inc:
Manage call center operations to ensure high level of customer retention and improve processes resulting in high performance outcomes and increased revenue generation. Oversees and develops a team of managers within an inbound call center environment. Motivates direct reports to achieve individual, call center and company goals., including: improving call efficiency, increasing revenues, ensuring customer sat satisfaction, improving employee product knowledge and lower abandonment rates. Also oversees customer service training. Interviews, hires and performs performance evaluations and approves recommendations of leadership team for addressing performance gaps and disciplinary issues.
