Daily Duties at Payspan Inc:

• Transforms the quality of service to healthcare providers, health plan members and merchants through innovative change management ideals and inspiring communication. • Leads a Help Desk Team responsible for servicing healthcare providers, merchants, and health plan members across the United States. • Recruits resources, assists HR Director with hiring process and facilitates new employee orientations. • Handles any other personnel issues such as payroll, coaching, corrective action, and terminations. • Experienced workforce educator responsible for training employees on all legacy systems. • Facilitates regularly scheduled web training events on best use practices of provider portal using WebEx. • Represents Payspan at provider events, seminars and trade shows. • Serves as subject matter expert on multiple systems and programs. Reviews complex cases and provides recommendations on temporary workarounds, and suggestions to prevent future occurrences. • Works to develop and establish policies and procedures and monitors adherence. • Bridge between providers and payers to ensure escalated matters are resolved accurately and expeditiously. • Provides ongoing support to healthcare payers, provider organizations, billing agencies, and clearinghouses. • Ensures productivity levels remain high and regular quality assurance audits are performed. • Communicates production issues arising from product problems identified through technical support calls with customers. Escalates critical issues when appropriate to obtain quick resolution. • Assists with new business opportunities and facilitates sales demos when needed. • Opens and maintains lines of communication throughout the company. • Maintains user profiles and page layouts in CRM (Salesforce) software on a regular basis. • System administrator of ControlMaxx 12 Phone System.
