Daily Duties at Good Shepherd Hospice:
Promoted during 1st year with company. Helped open Tulsa, Grand Lake, and Kansas City offices and hired marketing reps for each location. Supervised Marketing for all sites. Produced and initiated promotional programs that secured more than 90% of all sales through referrals and long-term-care contracts for service and respite care. Built client base fivefold, from 10 to 50+ facilities, and patients from just 27 to more than 300. Designed and manned booths for health fairs and industry events. Retained and guided advertising agency that created collateral materials well received by customers, patients, and families. Increased community awareness by serving on Alzheimer’s Association and Metropolitan Healthcare Association boards and as member of Green Country Association.
