Daily Duties at Omnicare:
Supervised team in 2 locations. Personally handled larger clients in initial phases of onboarding, then delegated to qualified reps. Managed all key accounts. Took active role in promoting company and driving new business. In 2008 customer survey conducted by independent firm, Omnicare voted Best Overall Pharmacy Nationwide. Set up promotional and educational events for physicians and hosted by pharmaceutical reps. Developed invitations and collateral materials, and made opening and closing remarks. Served as first line of communication for customers. Reviewed issues between those ordering and receiving medications and pharmacies providing it. Ensured all problems solved promptly.
