Daily Duties at Mattel, Inc.:

Managed the Mattel Hong Kong and China based development/model shop organization, of 82 technical professionals and model making workers on development of new products. Responsible for converting toy concepts into engineering designs that meet schedule, cost and quality requirements. Services provided include generating Pro-E drawings for mechanical designs, fabricating mechanism models/sales samples/electronic breadboards, sourcing of components, liaison with headquarter, and supporting tool making & production debug.
