Set up and ran the Asia (HK/China) branch office for transfer of product development from corporate to manufacturing. Responsible for the whole supply chain cycle from sourcing thru execution. Built organization, functions and processes for QA & QC, testing, engineering, sourcing, project management, cost engineering, packaging engineering, order management, direct import & shipping.
