Daily Duties at Shi:
Directed business development by strategically prospecting and on boarding customers local to Greater PA, DE and S. NJ in the 500-5000 user space Oversaw a variety of critical daily activities including account mapping, identifying key IT and procurement contacts, developing strategic account plans, handling RFP responses and building and tailoring customer specific solutions. Established and executed innovative roll-out strategies for customers on a local and global basis to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
