Daily Duties at Compass Group:
Oversaw food service operations for campus-wide student, staff and academic guests. Provides direction and oversight of all food-related operations, including cafeteria operations and campus special events. Performs menu planning, inventory control, vendor relationships and negotiations, appropriate pricing, operational analysis, and employee management to include scheduling, payroll and man-hour documentation. • Consistently achieved pass ratings on frequent and regular dining services inspections. • Accurately analyzed recipes to determine appropriate food, labor and overhead requirements. • Collaborated with staff and management to determine appropriate and delicious menu options. • Maximized efficiencies through proper direction and oversight of food service workers and personnel. • Responded to guest and management inquiries in a timely fashion and with the utmost professionalism.
