The resulting contract alleviated supply disruptions during post hurricane constraints and resulted in a first year savings of ~ $150,000 • Implemented a new contract with AT&T for telecommunication services throughout all Michigan locations, successfully networking 54 locations, resulting in an annual estimated savings of $150,000 • Consolidated cellular phone vendors, reducing the vendor base from seven to three, increasing communications effectiveness and reducing expenses by 10% with a negotiated volume purchase agreement
