Daily Duties at Motorola Mobility:
Managed and executed wireless carrier product launches from conception to post-product-launch. This position required collaborative work with several teams including product development, software integration, marketing, packaging, and carrier account teams to align with the global strategy of the product. Management included developing launch plans/schedules and managing scope, packaging/literature, software upgrades, supply chain and manufacturing. Overseeing production and manufacturing required visits to factory in Wuhan, China.
