Daily Duties at Voyager Pipeline :

Ensured company was DOT compliant, Managed Heavy equipment and vehicles. Negotiated RPO, lease, and purchase of equipment and vehicles. Managed mechanics shop and mechanics, managed drivers and logistics of vehicle and equipment . maintained cost analysis of vehicles and equipment. Maintained files and records for DOT. conducted field audits on equipment and vehicles to ensure they were in safe working conditions and maintained properly. Ensured mechanics had enough supplies on hand to perform P.M. Made sure vehicles and trailers etc... were properly tagged and inspected. implemented corrective actions before problems were created or when a problem may have been identified. Ensured all equipment was on location in order so the supervisor had what he needed to perform his work. I would investigate traffic accidents or accidents concerning equipment. I would go out when there was an accident and make sure the proper drug testing was done or whatever needed to be addressed. Various other duties.
