Daily Duties at Open Works:

Responsible for all P & L - in excess of $600K a month -Supervised four District Managers, one CSR, and the Front Office Coordinator; ensured individual goals pertaining to sales, inspections, and overall account management were obtained -Final approval on all franchise licensing and training; ensured compliance with all franchise agreements and customer contracts, and facilitated dispute resolution and arbitration for over 150 franchisees, and over 400 customers -Approved and facilitated the transfer of all Account Executive (sales) contract data into the operational and deployment stages -Served as a member of the Executive Committee on strategic planning, process improvement, reward programs, and compensation packages
