As the owner, develop clients, marketing strategies, partnerships, strategic planning and financial management for start-ups and small businesses -Retained by four diverse organizations that include construction, services, and manufacturing – annual revenues in excess of $2M -Specialties include management and leadership effectiveness, problem solving techniques, strategic planning, B2B development, inventory control, process development and improvement, environmental, health and safety programs, the development of new business, forecasting, risk analysis, and procurement
