• Served as a liaison between IT and the insurance teams to ensure the appropriate solutions were delivered • Evaluated and improved processes in the areas of mail delivery, diary follow up and training for new associates • Implemented a change in the policy administration system language which enabled associates to upgrade their development skills as well as lower the costs of making enhancements to the system
