I was responsible for overseeing the care of a 60 bed long term care unit. I was responsible for the care of both LNs and CNAS. I did staff schedules, patient rounds, phone calls, obtaining and transcribing doctor orders, new admissions, wound treatments. charting for the shift, incident assessment and reporting
