Daily Duties at Securitas Security Services:

• Leadership: Establish and implement the technology sales, marketing, legal and HR processes for the Technology Services Division Securitas USA. ($300M USD) • Innovation: Find and develop new technology / service offerings leading to increased revenue and client loyalty and retention. • Process Improvement: Lead process improvement initiatives in sales, training, and marketing efforts. • Legal: Lead contract management, employee relations and compliance matters for the Technology Services Division. • Marketing: Create and manage the marketing strategy and support for technology solutions. • Sales Management: Support field sales and operations management in sales processes. • Training: Lead the development of training programs to assist 450 branche offices in understanding new and current offerings. • Human Resources: Lead the development, implementation and management of a “new type” of HR organization for the innovative Technology Services Division. Responsible for employee relations policies and culture setting, talent acquisition, retention strategies, performance management, compensation planning, conflict resolution, discipline, and progression planning.
