Manage and control inventory accuracy by continuous validation of processes created and daily inventory verification. Develop and implement labor saving initiatives by analyzing racking and slotting structures, optimization of labor and workflow processes. Negotiate/contract and optimize 3PL carriers and in-house transportation to generate profit for five distribution centers covering the New England area. Ensure positive customer relations by continuous communication, accurate order processing for daily orders and weekly advertised items. Maintain customer order fill rate and on time delivery of 98% while meeting or exceeding budgeted labor, quality and safety goals.
