Daily Duties at Guest Logix:
As the head of the Global Professional Services team, I serve as the key executive responsible for implementations and support of a global delivery organization delivering the GuestLogix Back Office, Analytics – Business Intelligence, Inflight Entertainment, Merchandising/ eCommerce, and Point of Sale solutions via iOS, Android and Windows based smartphones. These solutions enable our clients to realize ~$850M USD of ancillary revenue annually.
