Daily Duties at Bake'n Joy Foods:

Identify staffing requirements are maintained at a level to ensure customer orders are shipped out accurately and on time. Identify equipment needs and negotiate/contract leases and purchases. Ensure all associates receive training and certification to operate powered industrial equipment. Train and develop staff on WMS/RF systems. Maintain an accurate inventory of products stored and that all storage requirements are met for company sanitation and quality policies (cleanliness/temperature requirements/allergen control, FEFO). Implement processes to improve labor productivity and storage utilization. Ensure all company policies are adhered to in regards to the receipt and storage of raw materials. Ensure all production requests for raw material shipments are processed accurately and on time. Monitor and manage building security and maintenance needs.
