Daily Duties at Wells Fargo Bak Na:

Regional Services Manager/ Utah Region/ Western Mountain / DSSG (Distribution Strategies & Shared Services Group) – 8/2000 - 9/2015 – Role required multiple responsibilities and meeting objectives in many areas as a Manager, Partner, Consultant and Individual Contributor. • Senior Manager- Managed one of the highest performing and most engaged direct team of 10-13 Regional Support Consultants in the Wells Fargo Enterprise. Located throughout the state of Utah, consultants were support partner and liaison between all of Wells Fargo’s Shared Services and Support Groups and Utah’s front line, i.e. Retail Store Team Members, Utah Business Banking and Regional Private Banking Groups and their direct management and District Leadership. As Direct Manager of this Team, successfully led the ongoing Human Resource processes and Business Administration requirements for this team year over year: o Partnered with Recruiting for posting. Interviews, hiring, new hire orientation, training and onboarding processes year over o Annual compensation /benefit enrollments training. Personal certification in Human Resource law and policy, e.g. EEOC, ADA, Affirmative Action FMLA, and STD & LTD completed annually. o Managed Team Member conflict resolution, corrective/disciplinary actions including terminations, reduction in force and transitional issues and team member/customer sensitivities during conversions/mergers and acquisitions. o Held regular and high impact formal and informal performance coaching. Annual performance reviews and salary actions and incentive pay, time tracking and payroll, Income and Expense Control, Paid Time Off and individual Team Member career development and training. HRIS, 9 Square and Succession Planning. • Executive Business Partner/Leader – Included consulting and liaison between the Utah Region and Executive Leadership Team and Wells Fargo Enterprise Shared Services and Support Groups, e.g. Corporate Communications, Enterprise Risk Management, Retail Store Operations & Controls/Audit, Corporate Training and Development, etc. Executed Regional, formal communications via email or facilitated meeting to Executive Leadership to provide current region /market trends, analysis and reporting, share information or gather feedback on current and/or upcoming projects/Initiatives etc. Escalated support contact for issues of any kind including conflict resolution between any shared support group and the front line team or their leadership at all levels. • Customer Escalation Service & Support Specialist / Escalated Approver – At Region, Market and Corporate levels, regularly and effectively handled escalated employee/customer issues by identifying needs, gaining trust, approaching complex situations in simplest ways. Able to find resolutions to maximize efficiency, retain valuable relationships while doing what is best for the client and the company. High level approver at Wells Fargo Enterprise for transactions and wire transfers exceeding any Team Member/Manager personal approval authority. Subject matter expert in risk based decisions and making good judgements based on due diligence.
