Planning, organizing, and supervise production activities to ensure that production goals established stays on schedule and within budget. Supervise the development of production schedule to ensure the best allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials. Participate on new product development discussions with development department. Controls general expensive of the department focusing on cost reduction. Supervise the annual production budget development focusing on optimization of production resources available to achieve the metrics established. Continually analyze and evaluate the economics aspects of productive process looking for opportunities or alternatives that allows cost reduction. Prepare procedures and determine guidelines to maintain the industrial area cleaned and organized (5 S and Kaizen) Analyze and approve ongoing POs related to Production Department. Define the work shifts necessaries to balance manpower to maintain production flow and the most productivity of human resources of the department. Systematically controls production performance throughout analysis of KPIs and proposing action plans needed to ensure the achievement of the metrics and goals established. Develop procedures that establish systematically control of the quality over the manufacturing process. Prepare and follow-up execution of cross training plans for the employees to improve their knowledge and the availability of manpower resources. Stimulate employees develop the habit to use safety equipment and follow the safety procedures to maintain a safety
