Daily Duties at Board Of Elections:
•Pick up the elections supplies and materials from Board of Elections’ office to take home prior to elections’ day. Ensure the elections poll ready and open at 6:00 am for voters to be able to start voting. Supervise and review the work of Election Inspectors to enable citizens to exercise their constitutional rights. Plan, organize, assign, and direct the work load the inspectors. Supervise the preparation of legal descriptions, and regulations in carrying out the election professionally and lawfully manner. Make sure the elections poll closes 9:00 pm, coordinate a variety of interrelated functions of elections including payroll preparation. After that drop the materials/supplies at the assigned police precinct to be delivered to the Board of Elections managements.
