• Assisted with individualized plan of service or ISP to adults with autism & developmental disabilities to overcome challenges to reach their full potential. Helped family members with Medicare and Medicaid programs, services and funding sources that are available within the consumer's community and kept records confidential. Assisted the consumer and their families to develop a plan for services by presenting all the options and choices that are available to help meet the consumer's needs. I advocated for the consumers, provided services for education, community integration, and inclusion.
