Daily Duties at Duke Energy:
Manage multi-story building projects from inception through design/engineering, specification, bidding, construction, and close-out including creation of all communications keeping team and leadership informed of progress. Lead team of mechanical/electrical/civil engineers to create engineering drawings and specifications. Submit drawings and specifications for bid. Review bids and award contracts. Perform construction management services including leading site meetings and performing site inspections.
