• Responsible for the development and implementation of facility “Risk Mitigation” policies/procedures • Directly supervised Tenant Services, Critical Facilities, and Facility Support teams (staff of 15) including portfolio operational/maintenance budgets ($6+/- M) for client occupied space in 15 downtown hi-rise properties totaling 5+/- M sf.
