Strategic Team Member- served as senior advisor, strategic partner and trusted resource to the Founder and President, and Chief Operating Officer. Partnered with senior leadership to provide strategic direction on Human Resource initiatives. One full-time direct report and occasional support staff. Seventy-six to ninety employees.
