Daily Duties at Rifenburg Construction:
Responsible for Quality Control activities for construction projects. Provided on-site management and quality control oversight to ensure projects met time and budget requirements, and were built in accordance with contract documents Developed & implemented company FAA project compliance directives and documents. Directed work activities ensuring full compliance with with contract documents, CPM schedule, and standard of Quality Control. Responsible for project monthly cost and status review. Assist with planning and estimating of upcoming construction projects utilizing Timberline and HCSS Heavy Bid. Performed Construction Project Manager duties as required for FAA Airport Improvement Projects. Negotiated subcontract agreements, purchase orders and general contracts with clients.
