Daily Duties at Aker Solutions:
• Contribute to the design and manage design responsibilities (FEA, drafting) and part requirements of various components/tools for the vertical 5-15k tree/tubing head. • Evaluate issues with integral check valves in “pass-through couplings”. • Utilize MathCAD for engineering calculations and SolidWorks for 3-D design. • Hold design reviews as part of standard stage gate product development. • Responsible for the development of the hydraulic feed through system including fittings (double ferrule, redundant sealing) and couplings
