Daily Duties at Jbfcs:

Oversee day-to-day operations of a long term care residential facility Functioning as programs primary liaison between school, day programs, regulatory agencies, and third party vendors Directly manage day-to-day responsibilities for over 30 staff including direct support staff, nurses, and service staff Responsible for evaluations, disciplinary actions, hire/termination/promotion/demotion of Per-Diem and full time staff Liaison between the clinical director and milieu staff to ensure clinical recommendations into day-to-day patient care and ensure that clinical recommendation are implemented Coordinate with third party vendor recreational programs with tailored treatment goals for each patient and ensured activities appropriately considered the skill set and safety requirements of each client Establish policies for group living as necessary and conducted staff meetings in addition to attending interdisciplinary management meetings Conduct monthly fire drills Manage all organizational tasks including payroll, scheduling, budgeting, not-for-profit accounting and regulatory compliance including distinguishing between direct and indirect government reimbursement requests Provide compliance, fire safety, and emergency disaster planning trainings Responsible for ensuring resident compliance with all state and federally mandated program requirements which include OSHA, OMH, HIPPA, Medicaid, Medicare, etc. Remain on-call 24/7 providing emergency instructions/coverage in case of serious medical incident and/or staff shortage
