Daily Duties at Praxair Inc:
Oversee all BI projects and support for Praxair as well as PM, infrastructure, dba, modeling, ETL, and business analysis. Evaluate and estimate any global data warehouse project. Set strategies, governance, and change control process for BI. Establish operating policies and procedures. Manage internal team of 10+ and manage and utilize onshore / offshore consultants for projects. Partner with Corporate Accounting and Finance on various initiatives within Oracle EPM. • Recently Implemented $1M project for pricing incentive in Hyperion, utilizing KPIP vendor (escalation and attainment), going live in 3rd quarter 2015. • In all jobs, I have also been the Project Manager, creating project plans, WBS, managing resources, and all risks. I was also responsible for reporting these projects to the PMO office.
