Daily Duties at Sears Holdings:
Responsible for managing the multi-billion dollar IT outsourcing contract between Sears and CSC and held supplier accountable to perform against key metrics and SLA’s. • Managing and owning the relationship between third party suppliers and Full Line Stores, Selling, Corporate Services and Sears.com business groups. • Responsible for escalation resolution and problem/issue management. • Balanced priorities amongst Sears IT, Sears’s business groups and vendor capabilities. • Accountable to provide enterprise-wide short and long-term guidance and strategies. • Provided guidance to senior executives to ensure alignment of Business and IT corporate initiatives. • Accountable for process improvement and process redesign and developed enhanced organizational structures and metrics by collaborating closely with senior business partners. • Facilitated vendor and service delivery of business needs on-budget and on- time.
