Daily Duties at Ramsey Adult Family Homes:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to increase revenue and expand customer base.Provide 24 hour service for assisted living needs customers. Housing, feeding, nurturing, Provide all ADL assistance as needed. Directed all sales and marketing efforts to build a private Assisted Living Facility. 2. Responsible for ensuring budget guidelines will be achieved. 3. Oversees and evaluates marketing trends and adjustsmarketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions. 4. Develops and tracks referral sources for Home. Provides referral sources with information on community services. Responsible for maintaining referral sourcesw with focus on building new business. 5. Evaluates pricing strategies and provides marketing plan to improve market share. 6. Prepares sales activity reports monthly and presents to management. 7. Models the values and culture of RAFH while fostering an environment that makes customer service a top priority. 8. Complies with all County policies and Procedures, as well as all CE requirements.
