Exceeded all turn and recovery objectives. • Oversee the development of team objectives and key metrics such as calls per hour, accounts worked daily, % of time on phone, net staff time, abandon rates and flow rates that are tracked and reported. • Direct team development including hiring, training, coaching, and adherence to Company’s quality assurance and compliance standards. • Develop and maintain budgets.
