In house expert and Certified System Administrator for Salesforce.com Train and coordinate with Sales team on all CRM details and functions Coordinate and execute materials for awareness and prospecting campaigns Execute all conference and trade show activities, including research, tactical implementation, coordination with graphics and booth consultants, internal & external communication, and lead entry Power User and Certified Master for Marketing Automation Software, Eloqua Initiate and execute corporate special events, including executive events, sporting events, family events, and relationship building and prospecting activities Write database reports and analyze data for support of Sales Executives and Marketing Operations initiatives Design and write registration and landing pad pages for special events on the website Solicit topics and speakers, advertise and host web seminars Write and edit copy for upcoming events on the external website Maintain internal communication for all programs and promotions Help to design, coordinate launch and clean up of company contact database – Salesforce.com
