Developed quarterly financial plans for the division; reviewed monthly operating plans with each product leader; developed action plans required to meet targets; created centers-of-excellence for each functional area under my management structure - sales, professional services, customer service, product development; evaluated key metrics in each area (customer satisfaction, services utilization %, product cost, etc.); participated on executive leadership team and developed reporting and presentations to the Board of Directors regarding financial results, recruiting and hiring progress, and risk management issues
