 Prepared, reviews, and evaluates Reports of Investigation (ROI) and other data to determine eligibility  Reviewed files to establish applicability to the subject of inquiry and pertinence to the agency requesting the name check.  Performed research, collection and the collation of data for classified and sensitive studies within Electronic Case File (ECF), Investigative Case Management (ICM), Universal Index (UNI), T-Drive databases  Interfaced with external entities to collect data using Electronic Communications (EC) to obtain information from field offices, HQ File Automated Control system (FACS), CJIS, etc  Prepared the compilation of data, and preparation of inputs into larger reports, letterhead memorandums (LHM), and referrals for our client agency – the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)  Researched, analyzed, evaluated and interpreted analytical findings  Prepared daily/weekly/monthly status reports for upper management  Quality Assurance projects  Special projects to stream-line back dated cases  Comply with a range of legal, policy, regulatory requirements and directives, and exercise considerable judgment in determining what information may or should be reported to the requesting agency.  Established and maintained a strong liaison with the external customer entities  Excellent organizational skills, oral and written skills, and complete attention to detail
