 Acting Deputy Program Manager  Managed 15 - 20 research analysts - USCIS, OPM, and DOS personnel within the National Name Check Program  EOD Advisor – Checked cases for new and existing analysts to ensure accuracy and quality  Conducted interviews for new-hires  Provided mentoring to team members to assist in career development  Monitored production and quality of work for team members  Approved timesheets, vacation, and sick leave  Managed budget, and forecast and maintain utilization hours for team  Completed time sensitive weekly, and monthly complex and detailed reports to management  Wrote monthly Executive Summaries  Provided Management with detailed reports or briefings as to individual progress  Conduced monthly team meetings (i.e., oral presentations, etc)  Conducted yearly performance appraisals for each team member  Ensured team members are abiding by all contract requirements (i.e., policy, metrics, time management, etc)  Provided FBI Management with assistance with questions regarding contractors  Developed and maintain positive relationships with all levels of management to include Lead Research Analysts, Supervisory Research Analysts, and Unit Chiefs  Maintained research analysts responsibilities
