 Managed 40+ Legal Admin Specialists, General Consultants, and Team Leads  Wrote contract modifications to ensure the contract mission is performed in the most efficient and appropriate means possible, while establishing the best possible learning environment  Formulated and execute unique and innovative solutions.  Negotiated at all levels – with customer, team members, employees  Business development activities included capture and proposal efforts  Communicated sensitive information, and collaborated with the customer in the effort to expand the contract demonstrating to the customer a need and a solution  Conducted contract cost analysis in order to establish budget progression  Managed contract budget, forecast, and utilization hours  Provided time sensitive weekly reports, and extensive monthly reports to the customer pertaining to prime and sub-contractor billing  Provided consistent feedback to employees as to their progress and goal setting in order to achieve maximum employee growth  Ensured staff is abiding by all contract requirements (i.e., policy, metrics, time management, etc)  Provided both oral and written monthly presentations to company, and customer management when appropriate  Wrote personnel corrective action plans  Consistently met with Team Leads, FBI Unit Chiefs, and Assistant Section Chief to address issues/concerns, and obtain positive notations regarding staff
