Pae Work Values

Daily Duties at Pae:

 Business development activities to include capture and proposal efforts  Manage multiple contracts with 40+ staff members consisting of employees and independent contractors across multiple states  Assist with the recruitment and evaluation of candidates for new customer task orders  Manage Special Projects  Communicate with customer management (Program Directors, on-site Leads, etc) to resolve issues or concerns, and receive positive feedback on staff  Continuously communicate with employees and contractors to provide a consistent flow of company and program information to ensure the successful completion of company and customer related tasks  Approve expense reports and travel requests, and assist with contractor invoicing  Ensure that all company and customer compliance training is up-to-date  Manage contract budget, forecast, and utilization hours  Present monthly financial summary, program highlights and risks to PAE upper management  Provide monthly financial outlook to customers, highlighting current expenditures and remaining funds
