Daily Duties at Amani Wood Industry:

Support management of existing forest assets and associated operations through: - Development of optimized long-term plan harvest schedules working in collaboration with Portfolio Managers and Economist. - Development and implementation of tactical harvest plans working in collaboration with Operations staff. - Assistance with annual budget development, forecast updates and operational and financial reporting. - Silvicultural optimization analysis of management regime alternatives. - Support due diligence analysis in the assessment and development of both greenfield projects and acquisition of existing tree farm assets within targeted countries working in close collaboration with the Acquisitions team and regional personnel. -Support other business development initiatives with financial and planning analysis as requested. -Assumed primary responsibility for quality and timeliness of departmental deliverables related to forest planning.
