Daily Duties at Burke & Manna Commercial Real Estate Services & Burke Construction:
Manage both residential and commercial properties within company portfolio. Identify safety and code violations and solve all issues immediately. Assess site conditions through regular property visits creating work orders. Close communication with all Superintendents managing all work orders to ensure proper procedures and construction guidelines are followed. Follow and interpret all state and city construction codes for multiple projects.
