Daily Duties at Hensyn Inc:
Assessed site conditions through regular property visits. Represented multiple residential development sites in Landlord Tenant Court in multiple New Jersey counties and interfaced with company attorney. Oversee rental process from initial walk through to tenant move out. Directly manage tenant affairs to ensure positive tenant relationships. Review tenant applications, utilizing New Tenant Review (NTR) computer program. Manage property maintenance and hire and monitor all subcontractors; negotiate competitive contracts with vendors. Ensure compliance with all state rules and regulations. Managed all billing responsibilities, including invoices, delivery tickets, and statements. Train and supervise all superintendents and communicate with on-call superintendent. Interface with municipal officials, service providers, and first responders.
