Daily Duties at West Valley Women's Care:
My responsibilities: Room patients initiated assessment, took and recorded vital signs, administered and recorded urine tests advised physician of any problems patient might via assessment and initial tests. Administered shots as ordered my doctor and recorded in patient's ENR file. Cleaned and stocked examination room.
