Daily Duties at Texas Capital Bank:
Senior member of technical team responsible for the design, implementation, configuration, and ongoing usability of software applications. ► Member of Technology Committee responsible for recommendations to executive management on technology strategies, execution of technology strategies and guidance on technology initiatives. ► Define and maintain standards to verify compliance with security and regulatory requirements. ► Responsible for technical design of multi-tier systems taking into account fault tolerance, high availability, geographic redundancy and data security. ► Coordinate with 3rd party vendors and internal IT teams to determine and resolve problems. ► Provide advanced troubleshooting support when needed from production escalation. ► Develop and maintain documentation for company knowledge base and train IT staff for daily operational support. ► Act as a consultant on complex projects and system interaction discussions. ► Work with customers, business units, PMO team, various IT groups and executive management to identify customer and/or business needs to develop system specifications. ► Act as technical resource or technical lead on projects related to applications and solutions. ► Provide suggestions and identify process improvement initiatives for our technology departments to support growth.
